Whale Shark Stranding Incidence in the Philippines
The project aims to collate information on stranding incidence in the Philippines. The data gathered would give an overview of possible threats to the whale sharks. It is hoped that mitigation measures would be applied on affected areas. Also, to capacitate the areas on how to gather data from the stranding and effectively release the alive whale shark or properly dispose the dead ones.
